"DUNA's application related to the election process in the early parliamentary elections is functioning normally because it is a top-made product. It performed flawlessly for the turnout every five minutes. But the website of the State Election Commission, where our application was placed, was the target of a hacker attack. We have successfully completed the work. "If this application did not exist, then the results would have been counted manually," explains Aleksandar Pajkovski from DUNA.
According to him, the application has been prepared for more than half a year, with a series of technical specifics that did not exist so far and was prepared at the request of the SEC.
DUNA is the company that developed the application for monitoring the votes and election results.
"Our application is flawless, but the website was attacked through the so-called "software terrorism with forces from several foreign countries," adds Pajkovski.
